I work as a coach, primarily for people in their 20s and 30s, with a focus on building self-esteem.

Life coaching centres around specific goals and the way to them – the destination and the journey. For me, the goal is self-esteem – defined best by self-esteem expert, Nathaniel Branden, as two-fold in essence:

  • The confidence in your ability to think and in your ability to cope with the basic challenges of life

  • The confidence in your right to be happy, feel worthy, assert your needs & wants, and live according to your values.

As such, self-esteem is the core of resilience, mental wellbeing, competency, success, fulfilment, joy, a meaningful life. So if you struggle with “failure”, anxiety, being content, finding purpose… you’re struggling with self-esteem.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to discuss and explore your blocks to high self-esteem. I share neuroscience-based strategies to help you to: manage (and even like!) your inner critic; develop positive thinking; update outdated limiting beliefs; intentionally respond rather than automatically react to situations. I also share simple and effective practices of mindfulness so you become more attuned to your mind and body.
