my approach
Traditional life coaching is goal-centred. I encourage clients to formulate goals for us to strive towards but they serve more as a useful sense of direction. My focus is on the process along the way - the effortful striving, the bumps, the significant small wins, the self-discovery. That’s where the real value lies because where you build self-esteem and that is the goal to all goals.

I offer a non-judgemental space for you to gain clarity on where a lack of self-efficacy and self-respect is holding you back.
I share neuroscience-based strategies to help you to manage critical thoughts, develop positive thinking, dismantle unhelpful mind-loops and limiting beliefs, build self-nourishing habits, intentionally respond rather than automatically react.
I also share simple, effective practices of mindfulness for you to become more attuned to your body and its key signals.
